一步法生產線產品介紹：

該作業線是把絕熱層和防腐層同時包覆在鋼管外表面上，從而形成管道的保溫防腐層，
屬國內首創。與其他方法相比，具有連續作業、生產效率高、成本低、節約能源、無污
染環境等突出優點，經過技術升級，達到國際先進水平。 
工藝特點：

2.全自動糾偏，精度高、工作穩定、糾偏效果好 
3.作業線全部采用膠輪傳送，以防止對鋼管防腐層的損壞。 
4.夾克層與泡沫層粘結，泡沫層與防腐層粘接，防腐層與鋼管粘接牢固 
用一步法成型工藝成的管道絕熱防腐生產線自動化程度高，絕熱防腐層的質量完全符合
國家標準。 
該技術自研制成功以來，經過升級改進完善，目前已形成作業管線范圍達φ48mm～
φ426mm。主要用于原油輸送管道、直埋式供熱管和制冷系統管道的絕熱防腐，應
用前景十分廣泛，投資回報率極高，可應用于集中供熱單位、遠距離輸油、供水、供
氣等工程。
